A: If stock available, the samples are for free. You just need to pay for samples’ freight.

    If no stock, The Samples’ fee and freight will be bonded by the customers.

    A: Not in most cases. Please check with your installer or LIHAO for application recommendations.

7. Q: Can floor tile be used on the wall?

    A: Yes. Exterior applications require special precautions and installation methods. Please check with your installer or 

         LIHAO for application recommendations.

8. Q: What are your payment terms?

    A: Bolai have four main payments terms. As below:

        T/T: 30% deposit and the balance should be paid before the shipment.

        L/C at sight.

        Western union.

        Cash.
