• Packing detail 

1. If customer has no special request, we will use normal packing, yellow flower wreath 1pc in an opp bag,12 pcs in a big opp bag

2. If need special packing or card, please list them in your email. We would like to make the customer specified packing.

3. We choose standard trade carton which is two layers.

4. We will use safety foam in the carton to protect products, in order to avoid any damage in the course of transportation 

• Fast Shipping

1.If the quantity of order is not very big, we will send them to you by express delivery, such as TNT,DHL,UPS or EMS etc.

2.If order is big, we will advise you use Air Freight or Sea Freight. It through your pointed forwarders freight. FOB port is Ningbo or Shanghai.

3.If you don't have your specified forwarders freight, we can find the cheapest forwarders freight to ship the goods to your point port.

4.The balance payment should be paid before delivery to you.

• 1. How about the sample policy?

We will provide for free samples if have enough stock, some products still be charge the sample fee, but we will refund after get the official order later. In addition, please kindly note that shipping cost of all samples should be paid by customer.

• 2. Customized products?

We can customize products as per your request or sample. You can email us for detailed information of the new product, such as the photos of design, size, material and quantity you prefer, and if possible, please kindly send us the sample to us directly, then we will check it for you. If we can make it, we will quote you the price and MOQ.

Every working procedure is monitored by our specialists to ensure the high quality of our products. The quality of all material is inspected by National Commodity Inspection Bureau. The final products must to be inspected by our own QC staff before shipment.
