                    MELT  FILTER

The melt filter, the argon arc welding of all metal material of the filter.

    The melt filter is argon arc welding of metal filter. Products are mainly domestic and imported stainless steel fiber sintered felt, iron chromium aluminum fiber felt, nickel fiber mat, special stainless steel net, stainless steel sintered five-layer mesh, stainless steel sintering seven layers of metals such as filter material  

Technical characteristic

1. The high temperature and high pressure resistance, resistance to chemical corrosion

2. Very good air permeability, large amount of sludge and high strength, good sealing, long service life, and can clean renewable repeated use, etc

3. Can be made into a cylinder shape or folding cylinder structure, fold after filter area is 3 to 5 times the size of cylinder type

Application area

1. Petrochemical, oil refining, chemical production, and the separation of intermediate product recycling

2. Metallurgical: filter used in rolling mill, continuous casting machine hydraulic system

3, textile: polyester melt purification in the process of drawing and filtering

4, electronics and pharmaceutical: reverse osmosis water, deionized water to deal with filtering, washing liquid and glucose pretreatment filtering

5, thermal power and nuclear power, steam turbine and boiler lubrication system, speed control system, bypass control system for oil purification, purification of feed water pump, fan and the dust removal system
