It can meet the production processing requirements of water based interior and exterior wall paint and it is also applicable for various thick paste paints such as textile paint, elastic paint etc.. Filling machine is easy to operate and with high accuracy. The whole production line is works fully automatically to reduce the operator labor intensity and it also avoid the quality problem due to human factors. Its products are with stable quality.

2. Main Features

Road marking Paint Complete Production Line consists of materials feeding system, dispersing and grinding paste system, tinting system, discharging and filtration system, pipeline system, control system, filling system, cooling, cleaning, platform. From materials feeding to finished product packing, the whole process works under completely closed condition. Pipeline production process is with high efficiency. International advanced dispersion and grinding system is adopted to realize good fineness and stable product with good quality.

3. Control System

a. IPC, Touch Screen as host computer of the system are all from international famous brand to ensure the control system are reliable.

b. Adopts weight measurement and flow measurement, high precision, good stability, swift response and long service life. It measures the materials feeding/discharging accurately and display it on the host computer to avoid error caused by operator during operation to improve the product quality.

c. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Analog input module are all from international famous company. They are compact in structure, strong capability in anti-interference, stable and reliable.

d. On-spot control panel, MCC Cabinet, PLC box.
