SXJB series Industrial Dual Planetary Mixer(dual pole):

Main Features:

•  It is suitable for dispersing and mixing solid-liquid, liquid-liquid. It is especially suitable for materials with high viscosity(such as adhesives, silicone, lithium slurry, silver & aluminum paste, etc.)
• The inner wall of the container is precisely lathed by big vertical lathe first and then mirror polished to ensure the movable scraper on the planetary frame can scrape all the materials on the container wall off when it is rotating, make sure no residue and reach better mixing effect.
• Vacuum is optional. It mix materials under vacuum condition to remove bubbles generated during mixing. And also it can charge materials through vacuum, which can reduce materials loss obviously and also guarantee the sanitation.
• The agitator in the chamber can do revolution and rotation at the same time, which enables the materials mixed thoroughly and also improving the mixing effieciency greatly.
• Tank can be with jacket for heating or cooling. Temperature control is optional.
