How many calibration do we do ? Why ? 
Two times. First time is before the heat treatment and Second is after heat treatment because we want to reach the exact size .

Why is The second calibration strength a little higher than proof test ? 
The second calibration is require higher strength to pull the link meeting exact size .

Why do we do not proof test too if second calibration with higher strength ?
A few chain link is weak after second calibration ,but not broken . So this weak link can be found during the proof test. Although it is a small probability event

Do we make the proof test every link?
Yes.We do 2 proof tests.
A,The second calibration test the every link with short length.B,The proof test is done every link with long length

Can supply the samples? How can we pick up the samples?
We can supply the samples to our client which are picked up randomly from the mass production. It means the samples quality are same as our mass production.

How can we control the material Alloy steel?
Every booth of our alloy steel has test report.
