General Guide for Custom Mold Making:

1. Please tell us first what is the intended use of the mold, so we can choose the right material and process for you.

2. Please give us the details regarding the finished products. It would be great if you can provide us with a sample product or a detailed engineering drawing or even a conceptual model/drawing. DIMENSIONS are also VERY IMPORTANT to us.

3. Given the products detail, we can then give you a quote and lead time estimation. 

4. After the initial payment instalment is confirmed, our design department will run in full gear to ensure the final engineering drawings and master mold is made according to every detail of your needs. We will send some photos of the drawings and master molds for your confirmation.

5. Once it has been confirmed, leave the rest to us!

Regarding Design&Master Making Fee:

Design&Master Making Fee

Design&Master Making Fee is not SAMPLE FEE! We will not charge you extra money on those fees, it is used to cover our cost for the endless hours our design team spent in their workshop and material cost.

Q: Can I put it in oven?
A: Yes! All our silicone molds are oven safe from -65F to +400F (-20c to +200c). Please don’t set your oven temperature above 400F(200C). Be aware frequent high temperature baking may decrease silicone usage time by a small amount. 

Q: Is it safe to use for food products?
A: Yes! All our silicone molds are FDA and LFGB approved. Products are all thoroughly tested before rolling out from our workshops. 

Q: When can you ship out my order?
A: We ship within 3 business day of confirmation of payment (Weekends and Holidays excluded). 

Q: I have my own ideas and designs, can you help me realize them?
A: Absolutely! No matter what kind of cool idea you have in mind, even you don’t have pictures or drawing, our dedicated design team can provide you with our full capacity of product design cycle management. 

Q: Why does my mold smell a bit ‘plastic’ sometimes?
A: That’s perfectly normal. All our molds are checked and stored into our warehouse after rolling out from the workshop, it need a bit more time to breath. Give it a wash with clean water and some dish washing detergent, the smell will be gone in seconds. 

Q: How can I use the mold?
A: Please read our product usage guideline section below. If you have further enquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

Q: Why does my mold have a cut on the side?
A: It is designed that way to quicken the de-molding process. Please tighten up the mold by wrapping it with plastic wraps or/and rubber bands before using the molds.
