MANUAL TRANSMISSION

GENERAL:

This is a customized  specification for a basic Ambulance Conversion on a suitable Toyota Land Cruiser Hard Top with space to store medical equipment, suited for transport of a single patient. Please see sample photos of our conversion:

BODY&INTERNALCONVERSIONDETAILS:

•   Floor - marine grade plywood covered with extra heavy duty anti slip washable vinyl sheet

•   Insulation- As per vehicle's original body

•   Windows- covered by frosty effect sticker to provide privacy in the patient compartment.

PATIENTCOMPARTMENT:

•   Medical cabinet- Medical cabinet on the LHS, with shelves & sliding doors.

 Central oxygen system - with 1-24cft size cylinder and 2 outlets, one in the action area and one above the squad bench with regulator, flow meter, humidifier and mask.

•    Squad bench- (for paramedics) on the right hand side with backrest covered with easy to clean washable vinyl upholstery and is suitable to accommodate two (2) persons complete with 2 points retractable seatbelts for each.

•    Waste Bin - provided in the action area.

•    IV Hooks - Two (2) Roof suspended IV holders will be mounted in the patient compartment ceiling.

•    Fire Extinguisher- One (1) 2kg dry powder type fire extinguisher will be fitted in front of driver seat floor areas.

•    Partition in the rear side

MEDICALEQUIPMENT:

1.    One (1) Main stretcher with mattress and patient restraint  belts- One man handling type mounted on aluminum frame with foam bed, wheel & lock device. Standard features  include lubrication free channels for easy maintenance folds down side rails, head end fold down frames Multiposition adjustable brackets. The main stretcher will be kept in the LH side of the patient compartment

2.   One (1) Foldable Stretcher- Sub Stretcher folding type consists of aluminum frame will be mounted on LH side wall at patient compartment by means of Velcro

3.   One (1) Portable Suction Unit -a newly designed oil-free lubrication pump based on extensive

design experience and development trend of domestic and overseas products. It is specially designed for absorbing thick liquid such as blood, phlegm etc.

4.   One (1) First aid kit suitable for 25 persons which consists of pairs of disposable gloves

bandages of 5x5, sterile gauze package, & plastic bottle of 250 cc alcohol.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:

•     LightBar - One (1) pc LED type (Red/Red or Red/Blue) on cabin roof.

•     Electronicsiren- One (1) pc with PA amplifier and 100 watt speaker

•     VentilationFan - One (1) pc will be provided for intake-outtake.

•     ClearLoadinglight- One (1) pc will be provided & will be    installed at rear door.
