Main accessories

The company has over 400sets of equipment of all specifications and nice functions, including vertical lathes, floor type lathes, common lathes, gear hobbling machine, lapping machines, plane-milling & boring machines, normalizing furnaces, automatic flame cutting machines, automatic welding machines, bridge cranes, AC transformer of 1260KW.There are seven machining workshop buildings, two apartment buildings and one office building in the company. Product Features

Roller press, tube mill and powder separator, the main equipment in cement grinding system, are the company’s special product, which are developed unceasingly. In the 1980s, together with Hefei Cement Industry Research Institute, the company researched and developed the key science and technology project of national “7^thfive year Plan”--- roller press after twenty year’s manufacture and improvement, the kind of machine stands the leading place in technology, production and service at home. Featuring good wear ability of roller’s surface, reliable hydraulic function, and advanced auto-control system, its inside machine structure, is increasingly more rational, and the techniques of machine, the inspection and control are more scientific and rigorous. A large scale of professional series production has come into being. With disagglomerator and V powder separator, the rate of powder separating can reach 99%. After using such equipment, some cement plants saved 40-50% of power and increased 30-45% of production output, so they increased their interests and profits apparently. Metallurgy rotary kiln

The rotary kilns produced by our company can be used for chemical industry, metallurgy industry and etc. Through technical renovations, the rotary kiln sintering system equipment made by our company has adopted high measuring precession plunger pump, variable speed adjusted valve, contact graphite block air seal and other national advanced technologies .In order to raise up automation degree, industrial TV has been used at the kiln head for monitoring of kiln , analog fluorescent screen has been used for display of process flow; infrared scanning system has been adopted for sintering zone to directly reflect the burning conditions on the computer. With the use of these new technologies ,it is directly in vision, convenient in operation and reliable in use .Therefore ,the rmalcondition can be raised . Compared to been raised 3~5% up, production has been increased 5~10% and heat consumption has been reduced 15% down.

Structure Features of Rotary Kiln:

 The kiln shell is made of rolled steel plates; its structure is optimized by computer software, and features" 

longitudinal flexible and transverse rigid”, which improved the loading of supporting device and stability of 

refractory lining,

 The supporting roller bearings features smaller width over diameter ratio L/D, leading to its higher reliability.

 The special high-started torque motor for cement industry rotary kiln is applied for driving system.

 The sealing of labyrinth plus spring pressing with asbestos heat isolation layers attached, is applied higher so 

that reliability and longer service life of sealing are achieved.

Application of Rotary Kiln:

1. Rotary kiln is commonly used in the production process of catalytic agent, molecular sieve and zinc oxide, etc. As a result, you can find a rotary kiln in variety of industries, like steel annealing and nonferrous smelting industries, metallurgy and chemistry fields, and building industries, and more.

2. Rotary kiln system, which is also called a rotary calcine kiln, is a commonly used building material machine. Classifying by material properties, a rotary kiln falls into cement kilns, metallurgy chemical kilns, and lime kilns.

Working Principle of Rotary Kiln:

1) With a certain slope to the level, the whole kiln body is supported by rollers and fitted with thrust rollers to control up and down movement of the kiln body.

2) Besides main driving unit for driving system, it is also fitted with the auxiliary driving unit so as to ensure the kiln body still can rotating when the main motor is powered off and prevent it from deforming.

3) The kiln head adopts housing type sealing and kiln rear uses axial contact sealing unit so that reliability of sealing could be ensured.
