This production line is a combination of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components with the controlling of a micro PLC, operated in man-interface. Collocating with on-line automatic cutting & stacking machine , it combines the material feeding, heating, forming, cutting and stacking into one process. It’s suitable for forming not only BOPS but also HIPS, PS, PVC, PET plastic sheet into various of boxes, dishes, trays, bowls and lids. Servo motor drives the feeding system ensuring the output of 3-5 sec. per cycle.
