Main Features

 

1.The autoclave is steeliness horizontal type, the autoclave lid made of 16MnR steel plate, the body and cover of the autoclave made of 16Mn.

2. The equipment has the safety interlocking protective device,which can grantee the safe operartion and the safety in production.

3.Specialized rubber seal ring is used to airproof the autoclave doors,  it is easy to install and leak proof, long operating life.

4. The body sets up three types of support: fixed, active and top specialized bearing. It can adjust such cases as kettle body expands when heated and contracts when cooled, so that the still kettles can not only work regularly, but also have a long operating life

5.The aotoclave  set up fittings such as safety valve, pressure gauge,  vent valve, inlet valve, air proof ball valve, drain valve, and other necessary valves and meters
