MP-2 Food Grade Mix Phosphate for Seafood
Mix Phosphate "MP-2" is a mixture of food grade Sodium/Calcium salt and food materials in a ratio to provide excellent performance in reducing drip loss, improve moisture retention, prevent freeze burn, suitable for flavor, and texture improvement of Basa fishes and other seafood products.

1 year after manufacturing date subject to the following storage conditions.
24 Kgs net in white or brown paper bag
(inner 12 Kgs X 2 PE bags in white or brown paper bag)
Preferably store in a cool and dry area.
Store in original unopened packaging.
Keep from any possible contact with water.
Occasional lumping may occur, but does not effect the efficiency of the product.
Increase yield of processed crustaceans.
Improves appearance of processed crystaceans.

MP-2 ingredients are mixed phosphates. Phosphorus analysis result confirms in % of P2O5 (Phosphorus analysis)
