1. Product Description:
Tungsten carbide composite rod is applied to perform one or both of two functions: one, to increase the speed of downhole milling and cutting; and two, to protect the surface of tools subject to abrasive wear, maintaining full guage on stabilizers, guides keyseat wipers, and other downhole tools.
Hardness: 89~91 HRA
TRS: >690MPa
Welding method: oxyacetylene welding
The Tungchip Tungsten Carbide Grit is blended with a Copper, Nickel and Zinc alloy, to produce
a premium quality Composite Rod.
