A1:Yes, the bottle made in bpa free and food grade material, can pass the FDA SGS EU.CE LFGB test

Q2:Can I print my logo and choose color for the bottle?

A2:Customized designs are welcome and customized colors available, we can provide OEM & ODM service 

Q3:What kind of plastic type you use for the water bottle?

A3:PP/PE/TRITAN/PC/AS/PS are mainly materials

Q4:The bottle can be reusable?

A4:Sure, it is eco-friendly and reusable. Make sure to put them in the recycle bin if do not use them. Keep the world and environment eco-friendly and clean.

Q5:Can we fill hot water in the bottle?

A5:Yes, it is for cool & hot water both, can fill in water in -20 °C-120°C

Q6:How to use the bottle for the first time, can you give some tips?

A6:Here are some warm tips for you:

1.Please fill in warm water for 5 minutes to remove the plastic taste in new products when the first time use.

2.To ensure the health, please clean bottle regularly. The best cleaning way is to simply shake your bottle with warm water and a mild detergent. Please remember in hand wash. 

Q1:What is your MOQ?

A1:3000pcs. Any small trial order is welcome like 1000pcs or 2000pcs. But the price is a little higher. 

Q2:What is the sample lead time & production lead time?

A2:The stocked sample 1 day, silk screen sample lead time:7-10days; heat transfer print sample lead time: 15 days. Production lead time are 20-25 days after deposit received. 

Q3:The stocked sample charge can be refundable?

A3:The stock sample cost will be refundable once you place the order. The customized sample cost will be refundable if the order quantity meet the request.

Q4:What kinds of print you can do?

A4:Silk screen printing, heat transfer printing, sublimation, laser, etc. Stickers, Hantang are also available.

Q5:What is your payment terms and trade terms?

A5:T/T, 30% deposit, and the rest 70% balance before shipment. FOB/CIF/Express door to door By sea/Air as you wish
