1. XF-GF80 automatic tube filling and sealing machine is highly automatic, which can finish load tubes, check color codes, filling, seal, end-capping, batch numbers, back-end crop and exit tubes automatically.
2. The heating part adopts inner heating mode by using LEISTER air-heater imported from Switzerland, which melt down plastic stuff by puffing hot air to the inwall of tubes, and then stamping odontogram and batch numbers from the back ends, which leading to high-quality sealing.
3. Chain drive is available, parallel programs of station rotation and chain drive ensures the high efficiency.
4. The tube filling machine has the automatic reject system. In the case of color misalignment, the equipment will not filling material, and the tube will be rejected automatic, which ensure that the accurate of products and eliminate waste.
5. All the tube is connected with quick clamp, so load and unload is convenient, faster and lightness.
6. XF-GF80 automatic tube filling and sealing machine is working with PLC control system, which makes the machine more accurate and stable.
7. Rotating engine uses frequency conversion type speed control so that the user can adjust speed.
8. Airproof hopper charger, warming hopper and auto hopper are available to be equipped.
9. The station rotation adopts precise cam indexing mechanism for precise and smooth positioning.
