Quality control

 

l seam in smooth, well-balanced, no scab, no leak.

l D rings on bottom sides of each inflatable for fixtion and carrying, for inflatable that higher than 4m, there is tie down on the top parts of all sides.

l CE certificate air pump for different country accordingly. Can use for both inflate and deflate.

l PVC tarpaulin bag for inner and PP woven bag for outside to avoid the damage or get dirty during transport.

l Repair kit with material patches and glue presented

 

Transport

1. By express (door to door service),deliver to your door directly, you don’t need to deal with customs yourself and don’t need to pick up the goods from express company agent, optional express company DHL,UPS,FEDEX, normal takes 4-7 days if no exception
2. By air (door to airport service),deliver to your pointed airport only, you need to clear customs and pick up the goods from airport yourself, normal takes 5-10 days.
3. By sea (door to seaport service), ship to your pointed seaport only, it request you to clear customs and pick up cargos yourself. It takes 15-40 days, according to the starting and destination port.

 

Terms of payment

By TT (wire transfer),  paypal,at least 50% payment in advance as deposit and the balance before shipping. All bank fee should prepaid by sender.

 

Warranty

Warranty for our inflatable is 1-3 years.

When you get the inflatable, please check the package and signed after you sure there is no damage during transport. If package is damaged, please don’t sign and take some pictures as proof. So that we can ask for compensation from the shipping company. Then Inflate the goods and test, if it work well, just share with us some beautiful pictures from your side. If it doesn’t work good, please also takes some photos or video for us the know what’s the exactly problem and find out the solution. For small problem, we will give direction to help you repair it, for quality problem that makes you can not use the inflatable, let’s negotiate and find out the best solution for both of us.
