B. Specification and technical data

1. Plastic extruder

1.1 Screw diameter: 35 mm, the power of drive motor is 11KW

1.2 L/D ratio: 30:1(complex mixing structure, be suitable for the material of HDPE LDPELLDPE MLLDPEEVE EAA), the speed of the screw is 130r/min;

1.3 The material of screw barrel and hardness:  38CrMoAlA steel nit riding, HV840

1.4 The controller of the drive motor: Schneider inverter with Permanent Torque

1.5 Reducer: with movers hard tooth surface for extruder special gear box , double reduction, external connecting the recycle cooling water wheel pump with forced lubrication gear box;

1.6 The cooling type of barrel: the feeding section with the water shielding to control the temperature, the rest equipment the cooling fan with 370W;

1.7 The heat type ,tem. Control and zone stage :the heater inner trench type cast aluminum ,3 zones, with K type thermoelectric pair to measure temperature ,the out cover of barrel adopt the stainless steel;

1.8 The hopper and extruder cover: the stainless steel material, the hopper with window and the slippage device which is convenient for unloading the material. The capacity is 25kg;

1.9 The base of hopper: with the forced feeding device and through the water cooling it

1.10 The max. extrusion output of 35mm single extruder is35kg/h

2. Die Head and Air Ring and Unit

2.1 Die- head structure: 1-layer extrusion complex spiral mandrel structure ,360°continuing rotating

2.2 The material of the die-head: 40Cr, finishing polish with plate hard Cr and polish again;

2.3 The diameter of the moulds: 60mm(HDPE)80mm(LDPE),120mm(LDPE), the machining and designing precision mould can confirm the gloss finish of the spiral flow passage;

2.4 The stage of die-head heater and power: 2 zone independently control tem. 6 KW, the protect porcelain-head is installed on the post head of the heater;

2.5 The type of the vane: the vane with double air course, the aerodynamic make-up type,

 The blower of vane: the low noise blower with the power is 1.5KW and Schneider inverter controller;

3. Haul-off Unit

3.1 The height of the traction: 3000mm,

3.2 The haul-off frame is framework style, it’s convenient to assemble and install and heavy building

3.3 The width of haul off roll :650mm,the surface of the initiative steel roller plate hard chrome and machining polish,  the open and close of the Paul -off  controlled by air control, the up-take-off roller adopt the excellent robber , anti-chap and shed.

3.4 The drive and reducer of the haul-off: three asynchronous phase motor with the Schneider inverter.

3.5 The max.haul-off speed: 40m/min

3.6 The guide roller of the ZIG-ZAG: the guide roller press the bubble into the ZIG-ZAG, equipment the guide roller in the side of the ZIG-ZAG

5. Winder

5.1 The type of winder: single station passive friction winding-up

  The mention machines adopt the NSK bearing at the both side haul-off unit and winder unit,

The temperature controller adopt Fuji brand,

 The shift knob and inverter equipped Schneider brand,

The rest key electric parts adopt our domestic excellent brand (be suitable 380V and 50Hz)

7. The acceptance standard for the quality of blowing film:

About 26°C temperature, with LDPE: LLDPE=5:5 as new material to blow the film with width of 200~550mm and the thickness of 0.02~0.05mm in the single side-edge. The common output is 30kg/h, the film is regularity and excellent in wrappings-up.

8. The item of the user prepared:

The temperature of cooling water with recycle is ≤20°C,≥0.3Mpa ,about 20m; air compressor(0.3-0.6m³/min), corona treatment ,crusher,  automatic loading machine, stirring mill ect.
