1.EVA foaming machine is one type of Vulcanizing press, it's a heating press equipment.

2.The hydraulic control system controls the piston drop off quickly to make sure foaming well.

Structure

The machine consists of oil hydraulic control system,  piston, hot plate and PLC or electric relay control system.

Features

1. Auto PLC or electric relay control, auto bumping.

2. Fast plate closing speed, long time pressure retaining, backpressure retaining for better product quality.

3. Quick release valve make the opening speed very fast.

4. Plate is designed specially, which make temperature uniform on the plate.

5. Pressure relief when opening mould satisfy the technical for high, middle and low level products.
