General of recycling waste tires machine

1.This production line including main machine and accessorial equipment, it is used for recycling scrap-tire  (steel tyre and textile tyre), the final product is rubber powder 

or reclaimed rubber.

2.The accessorial equipements include:ring cutter,strips cutter,rim cutter,steel wire separator,rubber crusher machine,big and small conveyor equipment,big and small magnet separator,big and small shaking screen,fiber separator.

Process flow of recycling waste tires machine

Tire ring cutter → steel wire extractor→ tire shredder→ rubber coarse crusher→ magnetic separator→ vibrating screen1→ fine rubber crusher→ vibrating screen2 → cyclone classifier→ storage bin→ rubber grinder →vibrating screen3→package.
