1. When can i get a sample?

We usually quote within 24hrs after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, pls call us or tell us in your email so that we can regard your email as priority.

2.How can i get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need samples, we will charge you for samples cost first, but the sample fee can be returned when your order quantity is confirmed and it is more than our MOQ.

3.What's your MOQ for OEM order?

MOQ for OEM order is 500pcs. We can offer samples for your reference before order.

4.How long can i expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample fee, the samples would be ready for delivery within 3 days. If it's OEM sample, maybe the time would takes a little longer.

5.What about the lead time for mass productio?
