Background: Waste tyre is solid waste in Britain, Canada or other developed countries, so got it with lower prices, may have a big wealth, because waste tyre really is a treasure for its broad use.

 In recent years, with the development of industry, waste tyre can play an important role , whether bias tyre or radial tyre, its main component is rubber, metal, textile,, these materials can be recycled. With radial tyre for example, 25% of steel wire can be processed into steel grit, as shipyard derusting, every tons of price is RMB5000, also can make steel ball for cement mill every tons of price is RMB6000. Main Processing:

1.steel wire drawer: separate the wire in the tyre.

 

2.whole tyre crusher: crush the tyre to 30-80cm chips

 

3.rubbing/cutting machine: coarse crushing, fine milling, separating steel wire etc .

 

4.rubber powder screener: grading the crude fibre and rubber powder.

 

5.Belt Iron separator: mainly applied for separating the iron materials from the rubber particles.

 

6.Magnetic roller Iron separator: can be effectively used for separating small iron powder.

 

7.rubber fiber separator: used in separating the fine fluff fibre mixed in rubber powder.
