The Raymond grinding mill was ever popular in mining, building materials, chemical engineering and metallurgy industries for size reduction, dispersion, or specialized needs, powder generation and processing for industrial process.

To improve and enhance the performances of pendulum pulverizer, raise the fineness of finished products,reduce the ferrous content mixed during pulverizing,lower the labor strength and promote environmental protection, we are capacitated to supply the following products to supplement the pendulum pulverizer: Superfine separator, bag dust filter, iron removal device, quantitative, bagging weigher and bag-sewing conveyor. Newly turned outs as well are pendulum pulverizer with finished product fineness up to 600 mesh for which the separator has been improved, and the powerful pendulum pulverizer with annual output up to 6-25 tons per hour since the adoption of the pc control.

Raymond mill is suitable for grinding non-flammable and non-explosive materials with Moh's hardness not more than 7 grade and moisture less than 6%,such as non-plastic ores,minerals,metallic oxide,chemical composition,etc.In order to improve the performance of Raymond mill,enhance the fineness of final product, reduce the iron content during the process of grinding, lower labor intensity,and improve environmental conditions,the following equipments are optional to work together with Raymond mill:classifier,dust collector,iron separator,packing scale,and bag sewing conveyor.After improving the performance of classifier,Raymond mill can grind materials into 600mesh,and capacity can be increased to be 6-25t/h by PC control.
