Overview

The Application:

Basic Structure

Circular vibrating screen is mainly composed of screening box, exciter, hanging device and electromotor. The electromotor drives the principal axis of the exciter to rotate through v-shaped belt, and under the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced materials on the exciter, the screen box will gain vibration and it can gain different vibration amplitudes through changing the eccentric block of the exciter.

 Working principle

  The eccentric block of the exciter is driven by the motor through the V-belt to spin at high speed. The spinning eccentric block produces large centrifugal force which forces the screen box to do circular motion at certain amplitude. Materials on the inclined screen receive the impulse from the screen box and make continuous throwing movement. When materials meet the screen surface during the above movement, those particles with smaller size than the screen mesh will pass through the screen, thus finishing the classification process.

1. The strong vibration of the screen box reduces the phenomenon that the materials block the screen hole, so that the circular vibrating screen has high screening efficiency and production efficiency.  

2. The circular vibrating screen has simple structure and the dismantling and changing of the screen surface isconvenient.
