This gear hobbing machine is suitable for processing a variety of cylindrical spur gears, helical gears and worm gear 

*The machine is suitable for single-piece production and mass production,As preparing a number of the same type of machine tool ,the most reasonable approach is to separate a certain number of machine tools designed for finishing cutting ,to ensure the machine is working well.

*The machine has sufficient rigidity, when the machine cutting gears ,it can processe to the desired depth of the teeth in once time, also could cutting in several times (layered cuting), when layered cutting we must follow certain rules to change every time cutting parameters, such as the choice of appropriate cutting speed, feed rate and reasonable precision of cutting depth ,and install the workpiece  accurately , the machine can produce the seven grade precision gears.

* As the machine has the hydraulic balancing device to balance the cutting resistance of the knife rest,  the machine also can be used for smooth milling to improve machine productivity.

* The machine is equipped with a knife rest fast-moving device and automatically stopping device  when finishing cutting, so the machine is not only widely used in gear cutting, and easy to operate, also could be multi-machine management.
