Two-component polyurethane waterproof coating

Two-component polyurethane waterproof coating is a kind of two-component curing reactive polymer liquid waterproof material, which is composed of polyurethane pre polymers A component and do not contain coal tar of curing agent B component. After the coating can be solidified into seamless, high strength, high elastic environmental protection waterproof coating.

Main Feature:

1. In a wet basement construction of the base surface and strong adhesion;

2. High strength, elongation, flexibility;

3. The coating can be thick, dense film, no bubbles, no pinholes;

4. Benzene solvent-free, non-coal tar component, environmental pollution;

1  Substrate treatment:
The substrate should be free of water, dust, grease and other contaminants.

The product can be applied by brushing, dry-sprinkling, tamping and spilling, and spraying methods:

Requirements for Construction:

1: Base ltreatment: The base  requires dry, solid, smooth, no dust, no oil.

2: Ratio: According to A:B=1:2,Pouring the well-distributed mixing B part in to the A part,then stiring evenly.(the mixted material should be used within 40 minutes) 

3: Bushing the mixed coating on the waterproof basic layer, usually the film thickness is 1.5-2.0 mm, generally it requires to be applied 3 to 4 times!
