We have three spindle cnc mahcines with 200 sets storage capacity each month. And our 2016 cnc machines have passed BV&CE certification.

WTC serial cnc machines is possible to configure this machine with either two or three spindles. In effect it operates like an tool changer machine, but by changing spindles rather than changing tools.

PS:We have big wood cnc router models(1300x2500mm, 1500x3000mm, 2000x3000mm, 2000x4000mm,etc.) & small advertising cnc router models(300x400mm, 400x400mm,600x900mm,1200x1200mm,1200x1800mm),  we also can customize any models according to your requested working area.

Features:

Machine Construction: The WTC serial cnc machines are built to a “machine tool” standard. Welded tubular steel machine base and bridge are designed to maintain squareness and perpendicularity without the need for periodic corrections. High quality centrally lubricated linear guides are used to provide smooth motion. The X and Y axis use high quality helical rack and pinion systems to convert the power of the stepper motors into linear motion. Helical racks and pinions  are zero backlash to insure the accuracy of each cut. The gantry is driven from each side utilizing a dual set of steppers and gearing. The Z axis uses an anti-backlash ball screw, whick is also tied into the lubrication system.

The Work Surface: is machined into a grid pattern that spreads the vacuum across the full table area. The area can be divided into any size and shape vacuum zone by using the provided vacuum gasket cord. The table also includes 4 pop up locators for position of sheet stock. A high pressure vacuum pump is included.

The spindles used are three air cooled Spindles. The rpm range is from 6,000 – 24,000 and is fully programmable within the spindle range. It is extremely well balanced and is nearly silent in operation.

The CNC control is a NC-studio Industrial controller made in Taiwan.

1.Question: what is this machine used for? Do i need a cnc router?

If you are here I assume you are thinking about buying a CNC router or some other CNC machine. Without a doubt these are amazing machines that can improve your business or project tremendously. However, there are many other types of CNC robotics that may be better fitting for your application.

This machine can be used for furnitures engraving, room decorations, industrial equipment parts, music instrument, mold, art&craft, building models and advertisment industry.

2.Question: How can i find a machine which can satify my requirement within my budget? Which one is the right one for me?

First lets answer the following questions.

1)What type of materials do you plan to cut or engrave?

( Wood, Particle Board, Plastic, Foam, Composites, Glass, Aluminum )

2)What is the most complex design you foresee cutting?

The complexity of the design is another important considerations. What is meant by this is primarily the overall size and depth of cut per axis. Do you plan to use the machine for cutting, carving, drilling, or all of the above?

3)What kind of tolerances do you need to hold?

Now this is something that I am sure you have already considered but it is still worth discussing. A router is capable of leaving a near perfect finish while surfacing and overall the tolerances are good. A decent machine, you should expect a tolerance of .001" or better for a given distance.

3.Question: How to buy? whats the main procedure?

First, we come to a final conclusion with agreement. May this step will cost more than months even years.

Third, you bring the proforma invoce to the bank and do the advance payment transfer.

Fourth, after you showed me the bank slip, we factory start to produce your machine.

4. Question: What is the machine warranty? If any parts fault due to quality how can i do ?
