Inspection Report

Quality is everything. And sufficient and efficient inspection is vital procedure to guarantee the quality of the final product. Our customer service associates will work with the designated Quality Assurance personnel to do the last additional quality check and fill up the inspection report including visual evidences to our customer right before the packing.

Shipping Report

Our customer have rights to know how the packages they are getting will look like, and how the packages are shipped out. Our Packing & Shipping Report includes both videos and photos to show customers their products clearly.

Installation & Maintenance Support

All the products come with the detailed installation and maintenance instruction. In case the customer need more help on the installation, we can send out our engineers to the job site for the on-site supervision and instruction.

Warranty

 Two Post Parking lifts are warranted for 10 years on structural parts such as columns, platforms, carriages and so on, and 3 years for non-structural parts like power pack and electrical parts etc. The warranty is effective immediately from the date the invoice is issued.

In the warranty period, Solid Parking shall replace those parts returned to the factory which prove to be defective.

This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, operated, used and maintained in accordance with the instructions from Solid Parking. Solid Parking reserves the rights to change the terms without further notice.
