Washing and Cleaning Section:

In this part, there are flour machines: Scraper Lifter, Inclined Rolling Cage Washing Machine, Paddle-type Washing Machine and High-efficiency Cleaning and Peeling Machine.

--Scraper Lifter: 1) A meaning of conveying and lifting wet material; 2) Adjustable speed.

--Inclined Rolling Cage Washing Machine: 1) Two ways of washing; 2) The helical structure lengthen the washing length to 20m; 3) Washing and Lifting the material to the next stage.

--Paddle-type Washing Machine: 1) Rotating by paddles, with full of water, the small defects will be cleaned up; 2) A way of cleaning and converying of material.

--High-efficiency Cleaning and Peeling Machine: 1) New designed washing and peeling machine; 2) Its debarking rate can be 90%.

Crushing Section:

In this part, the main machine is: Cassava Grater or Crusher. Which is for wet material crushing, to make the clean cassava root into cassava slurry, so that it is easy for dewatering and drying in the next stage.

Dewatering Section:

In this part, the main machine is Press Dehydrator or Filter Press, which is a dewatering machine to remove the moisture inside the slurry, and then send it to the air dryer.

Drying Section: 

In this part, the main machine is Airflow Dryer, which is using the hot-air caused from the heat source, to dry the dewatered cassava flour in the drying tower, after drying, the output flour will be 13% water.

Packing Section:

After drying, the cassava flour will be sieving by a product sieve and then packed by automatic packer.
