Reno Mattresses

Specifications

Mattresses are relatively small in height and are generally used for channel linings. It can be prefilled with stone.

Reno Mattresses, like gabions, are wire fabric containers, uniformly partitioned, of variable 

size, interconnected with other similar containers and filled with stone at the site of use,

to form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures 

such as retaining walls, sea walls, channel linings, revetments and weirs for earth retention. 

 

 

 

A) Heavily galvanized Reno Mattresses, with single diaphragm

 

 

 

 

B ) Grey PVC coated Reno Mattresses, with double diaphragm

 

 

 

 

1) - Mesh type: 5x7cm,

       Wire 2.0mm, selvedge wire 2.4mm

       Heavily galvanized or Galfan(95%Zn+5%Al,  10%Al) or PVC/PE coated

 

     - Diaphragm at every meter, with single or double diaphragm

 

      - Common Sizes:

         3 / 4/ 5/ 6 X 2 x 0.15m

         3 / 4/ 5/ 6 X 2 x 0.20m

         3 / 4/ 5/ 6 X 2 x 0.25m

 

2) - Mesh type: 6x8cm,

       Wire 2.2mm, selvedge wire 2.7mm

       Heavily galvanized or Galfan(95%Zn+5%Al,  10%Al) or PVC/PE coated

 

      -Diaphragm at every meter, with single or double diaphragm

 

      - Common Sizes:

         3 / 4/ 5/ 6 X 2 x 0.17m

         3 / 4/ 5/ 6 X 2 x 0.23m

         3 / 4/ 5/ 6 X 2 x 0.30m

 

 

 

 

 

It can be prefilled with stone and lift to the position of river bank or under the water.
