Cold Weather      Aluminum Foil Tape

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A 50 micron (2.0 mil) high tensile strength aluminum foil backing, with epoxy resin coated on its surface , and  combined with a high performance clod weather solvent acrylic adhesive, protected by an easy-release silicone release paper.

• High quality cold weather solvent acrylic adhesive offers reliable and durable bonding both at low temperature and high temperature.

• Epoxy resin coating contributes good surface anti-corrosion against moisture.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS: Copper pipe fixing and heat conducting in heating system under floor. Sealing the joints of aluminum sheet pipe & stainless steel sheet pipe / plastic pipe. May also be used for other industrial uses requiring a tape with these characteristics and benefits.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE: 12 months when stored at 21°C (70°F) / 50% relative humidity out of direct sunlight.

SURFACE PREPARATION:It is essential, as with all pressure-sensitive tapes, that the surface to which the tape is applied must be clean, dry, free of grease, oil or other contaminants.

PRODUCT USE:It is essential that the user evaluate the BondTape product to determine whether it is fit for a particular purpose and user’s method of application. Good results will be obtained when applied to a clean, dry surface with a suitable pressure on BondTape product between +10 ~ +40°C (+50 ~ +105 °F).  

LIMITED WARRANTY & LIMITED REMEDY:Your exclusive remedy & BondTape obligation shall be, at BondTape’s option, to replace or repair the BondTape product or refund the purchase price of the BondTapeproduct.
