| 1.M7MI semi-automatic hydraulic interlocking manual brick making machine/how to build earth homes is a small hydraulic block machine which can be easily operated by one person.And it has been widely used in African countries. 2.The machine uses a electric motor to drag the CBT-E316 gear pump,and thus produces the oil pressure is about 16Mpa to push the hydraulic oil cylinder doing to-and-fro motion The process of shaping and demoulding can be finished in 12 seconds.Additional,the production of this machine is two times more than that of similar foreign manual models and the labor intensity is greatly decreased. 3.By adjusting the screws,the height of the brick can be changed. 4.However the mould of FL1-25 semi-automatic hydraulic interlocking manual brick making machine/how to build earth homes can not be changed , so you can only make one kind of block with one machine. In oder to meet the needs of customers, we have developed a new type brick making machine , which can make two blocks at a time .Also the mould can be changed so that many kind of blocks can be made with just one machine. |
