Description:

Air shower is a kind of partial clean equipment which is installed at the partition between the clean and non-clean rooms. It’s used for the people or matters to shower before entering the clean area. After using it, the dust could effectively be reduced to enter the clean area and maintain the normal working status.

 

Shower ways: one side shower, double sides shower, three sides shower, top shower.

1.2mm Cold rolled steel plate with powder coated for inside and outside; 1.2mm Cold rolled steel plated with powder coated for outside, 1.2mm Stainless steel for inside;  1.2mm Stainless steel for both inside and outside.

Door:  Stainless steel door, or aluminum alloy door

Bottom:Stainless steel

 

Features:

1. The control system work automatically, the two doors electronically interlocked, with photoelectric sensor 

  (One door in open state, the other door must in close state. When people enter air shower, the system will shower automatically by photoelectric sensor)

2. Air shower time from 0 to 99 seconds which can be adjustable

3. Adopt pre filters and hepa filters

4. The case adopts high quality cold rolled steel , surface finish with powder coating

5. The door, bottom-board, nozzles are used of stainless steel, good appearance.

6. when air shower is used to pass cargo, it is without bottom-board.

 

 Optional accessory:

1.Automatical door by photoelectric sensor ( when person enter air shower, the door will open automatically, go out air shower, the door will be closed automatically.)
