Product Description
Carbide Insert: DNMG
Turning Insert for Steel, Rough machining, Negative, CVD coating
Chip breaker: RA
Useage: For rough machining, with high metal-removal rate in steel machining.
Recommended cutting parameters: ap=0.7-15mm; fn=0.2-1mm/r
Process: turning, facing and copying.
Charactoristic: Straight cutting edge design with biggest thickness of insert. Good ability in rough machining, economical choice for general machining.
Typical parts: Axles, Hubs, Gears, etc.
Recommended grade: CTS371
ISO classification: P30 (P25-P40)
Color: Black/Yellow
Application recommendation: CVD coating grade, thick wear-resistant coating on high-strength alloy substrate. Edge line security for interrupted cutting with high metal removal rate. Used for machining Steel and Steel casting in bad conditions.
Optional grade: CTS251
ISO classification: P20 (P10-P20); M15 (M10-M20)
Color: Black/Yellow
Application recommendation: universal grade, CVD coated on gradient substrate. It is used for finishing to roughing machining of Steel and Steel casting, continuing cutting and interruped cutting.
