After inspection completed, we will check the freight cost and confirm with you on the rate and prepare the paperwork for shipment. You can arrange balance payment on sight of copy of B/L. 3.What is your lead time for shipment?

Thanks to efficient CNC technology, we offer the lead time of 25 days for wood veneer MDF caskets or cardboard caskets and 35 days for solid wood caskets after deposit has been received.

6.What should we do if the paint needs repair?

We will everything we can to make sure that every casket arrives in good condition. However, if the paint needs repair somehow, Do not worry. We have prepared touch-up paint set for you. All you have to do is to pick up the right color and repair with little brush. Everybody can do the job.

7.Can I change the color?

Every casket in our product line can be fully customized from the color of finish and lining to the corner designs. As long as it such changes can help your sales, we will make the job done.

8.I am new to funeral business. Can I mix different models to test the market?

Yes, we can. We have the partnership with one of leading metal casket companies nearby. You can ask our sales specialist for catalog and pricing. And we can mix the wood with the metal in our company.

10.“Local-manufacture” is a selling point here. Can we just buy lids and accessories such as wood handles, hardware and interior set etc?

How to get to our factory?

The best way is to take bullet train from Shanghai Hong Qiao Train Station to Nanjing South Station. The journey will take less an hour. If you need any help to book tickets, our sales specialist will be happy to serve you. And we will arrange the car to pick you up from Nanjing South Station and drive to our factory. The journey will take one and half hours. So the total time of journey from Shanghai to our factory is around 3 hours.

How to stay overnight in your town?

If you are planning to stay overnight at our town, do not worry. Our sales specialist will make arrangement for you. There are some international brand hotels in the city center such as Double Tree by Hilton, Crown Plaza and Days Inn. And we will help you checking and it only takes 20

minutes to drive from the either hotel to our factory.
