FEATURES

1  Hengrui shotcrete machine adopts the damp type or wet type to spray. Both the straight-way

    type rotor material cavity and the discharge elbow adopt the high wear-resisting and non-stick

    plastic material so that completely eliminate the trouble of adhesive or clog of the machine and

    effectively reduce the dust , lower the rebound.

2 It adopts the operation principle of low-voltage, low-speed vortex airflow supplying and close

   range spraying, overcoming the question of pipe-clog, pulse of stopping up ,emanating etc,

   enable spraying the material flow evenly and steadily, improve the quality of spraying layer.

3 Hengrui equipment is especially suited to damp spraying operation and adding steel (chemical)

   fiber operation; reduce in tide, reduce the dust and rebound by a wide margin, improve the

   operation environment. The dust density can be reduced to under 20 mg/m², the reboud rate

   does not exceed 15% , the intensity of spraying layer can get up to 20-30 Mpa.
