More than 1500 tons aluminum profiles are produced every month, with surface finish production lines of anodizing, electrophoresis, PVDF coating, wooden graining and sandblasting, covering any color options.

Metal fabrication processing like CNC milling, drilling, tapping, cutting and punching are all available, supplying best service from extrusion to the end products.

The company has two efficient and energy-saving melting furnaces with capability of 15tons, eight advanced technology extrusion production lines from Japanese Mitsubishi, three spraying production lines from Germany, one anodizing and electrophoresis production line from Italy, one dulling electrophoresis production line from Japan, two injection-plastic production lines, two barrier strip production lines and two sand-blasting production lines. There are two advanced technology domestic production lines which can carve and emboss 2D, 3D, 4D wood grain, and we won the national invention patent on the technology.
