EVA Footwear Injection Moulding Machine Production Process

1.First step,put the two kinds of EVA materical into the color mixer,to mix about 20 minutes

4.Second step,put the mixed EVA material into EVA injection moulding machine,start the machine and produce  the shoes.

5.Take out the shoes from the mould and put the shoes to EVA conveyer as soon as possible.

After the shoes cooling and shaping in it,you will get the finihsed EVA shoes.

This machine has special air blowing device,and is suitable for thermoplastic raw materials,such as PVC,PCU,TPR etc.
