Application:
PVC water pipe is widely used in building water supply and drainage system, irrigation, electric conduit, air exhaust pipe and so on.
PVC pipe plant produces PVC pipe which diameter is from 16mm~630mm. It can produce pipe in different thickness by changing the type of machine and mould.
The production line is composed by Conical twin screw extruder, Pipe mould, Vacuum calibrator, Cooling tank, Printer, Haul-off machine, Cutter, Stacker, Belling machine and so on.

1. It adopts conical twin screw extruder for high extrusion pressure and good effect of plasticizing.
2. Reliable temperature control system ensures the high quality pipes.
3. Adopt PLC control for easy operation.
4. Low consumption, high output, stable running.
