Product Description
Performance characteristics:
1, alloy "L" type sealing knife with anti-sticking and resistance of hight-emperature, ensure neatly sealing without cracking,coking,smoking, sealing knife covered by special Tefulong nonstick
coating, make sealing and cutting no sticking to film.
2, after sealing and cutting action,the product goes in the shrink tunnel automatically by the conveyor belt , then is
shrink-wrapped;
3,Manual shake-wheel is easy to adjust the height of conveyor belt .
4,Adopts Mitsubishi PLC control system,with simple operation and stable performance;
5,The sliding film support can keep all kinds of shrink film, equipped with smooth punching-device ;
6, sealing and cutting action is done automatically by the cylinder, reduce the work intensity greatly and increase
work efficiency;
7, sealing blade equipped with preventing wrong cutting automatically, overheating protection device, prevent wrong cutting packaging productions effectively, guarantee the safety of the operator;
8,The machine can immediately stop working at emergency;
9,Main electrical parts such as switch, controller, pneumatic components etc. adopt high quality accessories, resulting in stable work, low failure .
10, electronic governor can adjust the speed of the conveyor belt at operator’s option ;
11, There is a double-layer insulation device , the machine shell is not too hot .
12, the original adjustable temperature under shrink tunnel, the leading colleague, can completely solve the disadvantages of poor contraction at
the bottom of packing;
13,Equipped with the big power and high efficiency fan motor ,in order to achieve the best effect of contraction conveyor belt speed and temperature
in the furnace cavity can be adjusted by the product size and output ;
14, Electric heating tube is specially installed outside ,so the maintenance, replacement of electric heating tube is convenient;
15, Solid roller conveyor chain covered by silicone tube which is resistance of high-temperature , it can bear the heavier object and
don’t deform after using a long time .
