Introduction

SNSD Intelligent electromagnetic flow meter is base on electromagnetic induction. Its performance abide by the standards of JB/T9248-1999<electromagnetic flow meter. They can be used to accurately measure the flow rate of liquids which are electrical conducting, sewage, paper pulp, mud, slurry etc. They are widely used throughout industries of petroleum, chemical engineering, pharmacology, papermaking, electric power, environmental protection and so forth. It can be made up into two forms of flowmeter integrative ones and split ones.

Features

1.This flow meter have the characters with sensitivity,wide measuring range,It is available in measuring the fluid of velocity 0.1~15m/s, resolution ratio 0.5mm/s and conductivity more than 5μm/s.

2.The measurement is not affected by the fluid density, viscosity, temperature ,pressure and electroconductibility of fluid

3.No components stopping flowing in the pipe; Small pressure drop; Maintenance-free; Low requirement to the straight pipe section.

4.For harsh operating condition, such as high concentration slurry or low electrical conductivity fluid, it may realize high-accuracy and stable measurement.

5.Double flow direction measurement, double direction accumulating function.

6.Choices are available for the liner material and electrode material in order to realize its corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

7.It is no need to add electrode blank pipe measurement,consecutive measurement or regular alarm.

It records the total flow by hour.
