1.  What is your MOQ?

-----Our MOQ is 1000 pairs / style, with mixed size.

2. If I can make my own model and use my brank?

-----Yes, OEM and ODM are acceptable. We can produce the shoes with your design of the label and the box.

3.  Can I ask one pair samples before place order?

-----Yes, we can send you safety shoes samples for free, you just need to pay courier cost for the sample, such as DHL, TNT, Fedex, EMS etc

4.  Do you have CE certificate, we need it to clear custom?

-----Yes, all our products can meet CE standard, and we have cooperation relationship with different international labs, including Interteck from UK, CTC from France, SABS from South Africa etc.

5.I haven’t my own freight agent. And I didn’t ship the container from China before. What should I do?

-----We have our own cooperated freight agent and we can offer you all the document when you clear the customs.

6. Question:  What is the quality guarantee time?

-----All our products are offered 6 month quality gurantee after shipping. If the shoes are broken within 6 month, please contact us, and we will compensate u new shoes without any payment.
