PET/PP/PE/PVC /ABS/PMMA Sheet Production Line

This production line is composed of two parts:

A. PET pre-crystallization, humidification and drying system

B.  PET sheet extrusion line, including the following procedures, e.g.  PET material plasticization  & extrusion, sheet calender, sheet cooling, haul-off, cutting and winding.

1.Descriptions of raw Material and completed product

Raw material: PET flakes (PET granulate) and PET virgin material 

Completed product: PET one layer,two layer,three-layers sheet

Sheet thickness: 0.15mm to 1.5mm, width: 800mm

2. Energy consumption:

Production capacity: 300-450Kg/hr

Qty of operators: 4-5 workers

Installation power: 394Kw, operation power: 276Kw

Water supply: 6-8 ton/hr

3. Packaging

Packaging: 2*40GP, 1*20GP sea containers at least
