3.1Density: PU sandwich panel is produced by injecting PU with a density of 42kg/m³ between 2 metal sheets with formed surfaces to increase durability. Polyurethane injected panels with 42 kg / m3 density, locking mechanism, proper for all kinds of refrigerated cold storage rooms.

3.2 Polyurethane rigid foam: our sandwich panel is new type of polyurethane rigid foam used as an insulating material for refrigerators and refrigerated display counters. It consists of partially and fully formulated polyol blends containing all the raw materials and auxiliaries necessary for foaming.

3.3 Size: All the panels produced by us are discontinuous type and locked to each other. These panels can be produced 50 cm, 100mm and 150mm, widths are 980mm in standard or customized, Installation details and accessories of the prefabricated panels are predesigned, and outer surfaces can be produced with painted and galvanized metal sheets, or stainless steel metal sheets.

3.4Application: Sandwich panels are used in facades, partition walls and ceilings.
