Answer:  if your order is 1 x 20ft,  the delivery is 22-30 days 

                if your order is LCL , the delivery is 12-20 days  

Question 2: What is the payment term ? 

Answer : 30% T/T deposit & 70% against copy B/L or L/C at sight. 

Question 3: Is your products food contact ? 

Answer: Our material is 100% virgin environmental. We got FDA.

Question 4: Can we make our own color for paper straws ? 

Answer: Yes, we can do the color accordingly to your PMS color.

Question 5: How to make the customized design  ? 

Answer: If customer never has own artwork,

- we will do a tech pre-artwork for clients' approving .

- we start to make a hand-made sample to clients' approving the shape and size by photo

- start to print for sample

- send client first sample for approving

- start mass production

- We can make design for clients' choice, we have own design department

- Samples free

- We can do AQL inspection report as client requests  

- Fast delivery 7-12 days for quantity less than 300,000 pcs

- MOQ 10,000 pcs ,you can assort 5 designs
