Silver Ion Antibacterial & Deodorant Fiber -FreeCool

[Product Introduction]
Jinda's silver ion antibacterial & deodorant fiber – FreeCool is processed by adding when spinning our patented antibacterial masterbatch made out of silver ion antibacterial powder. Due to adding before spinning and cross deformed section design of fiber, its fabrics have long-acting antibacterial effect, high water absorbency and perspiration property

75D/72F, 150D/144F, 50D/48F, with composition of polyester fiber 
 

[Range of Application]
Sportswear, socks, shoe lining, underwear and interior decoration, etc.

[Attentions]
The weaving and dyeing process of this fiber is similar to that of ordinary polyester, except that dark fabrics especially brown and black should be picked when dyeing in order not to affect the antibacterial property of fabrics.
As softening agent affects the antibacterial effect, hydrophilic softening agent is best choice. This fiber is hygroscopic and perspiring silk, that should be treated skillfully and then finished by hydrophilic softening agent, in order to strength the absorbency and perspiration function and ensure the antibacterial performance.
