The company's existing plant area of5,000 square meters, with 8 sets Japan AIDA 110T punch press machines, 2 sets 200T punch press and 12 Taiwan Ming Xu 60T punch press machines. Besides, we also have 12 Japan Sodick wire cutting machines, Japan WASINO small precision grinding, Taiwan treasure flood grinder, CNC machining centers, milling machines, such kinds of precision manufacturing equipments. What’s more, with 2 sets United States (Hexagon) high-precision coordinate measuring machine,1 set Germany Zhao Schneider scan measuring instrument, Taiwan precision measurement imager, the U.S. and Swiss precision CNC grinding continuous trajectory coordinate measuring system. High-precision coordinate measuring machine specifications for 3000 × 1200, which is currently the biggest precision coordinate measuring machine for motor mold testing specifications.

 

  

2)  Surface treatment Provided:   kinds of plating (Zinc, Nikel, Chrome, Tin, Ag); Painting, Powder, Anodizing, E-coating, Silkscreen, Heat treatment, Black oxid;
