YGFZ - 2200 & DM-3250AKX high vacuum Metallizer machine from German technology, EWA-110B Metallizer machine from Japan Vacuum. Owns different width of 5 Slitting machine & 2 rewind machine.

Our workers from on-line workers to QM and  packaging worker,are very skillful about their work, which is very important for you to get the high quality product. What's more,, we are very strict in the qualty of the products and with the workers.

 1) Question: We wanna have a trial order and then LCL for our regular order, is it ok?

     Answering:  we like to accept trial order if you need regular thickness, or we have some special thickness base film in out stock.

     LCL is acceptable for HCC FILM.

2) Question: We wanna get sample to testing, how to run?

    Answering: with our company policy, A4 sample is free, customer pay the freight charge.

                       for sample roll, <200m, it should be free,  customer pay the freight charge.

                        >200m, customer pay the freight charge, u can contact with sales about sample charge.

3)  Question: we wanna run the order urgently, what about the lead time?

     Answering:  Please contact with us, we would try our best to help u, general speaking for regular film, need 15~20days

                        if we have base fim in our stock, just need one week.

4) Question: We wanna ship Metalized Film with transparent film together.

    Answering: We accept customer's idea, we can help customer to purchase the transparent film if our price is fit for customer.

                      we also can accept customer buy it from other supplier in china.

5) Question:  what we can do when meet quality issue or other complaint?

     Answering: when meet quality issue or other complaint, please collect more information for us as soon as possible, included:

     1. Collect quality issue, quantity.

      2. collect our batch No. , we have 3 label in our packing, one is in pallet ( if have), second  is in outer packing of film.

          third is in paper core. when we get the batch no., we can track all the record for our each process, base film, metalized process, slitting process, packing process.

     3. Take some pictures, it is better to understand the problem for us.

     4. Take some samples if need.

     5. If the problem is from us, we would face it and take the wastage, and deal with it in 2 weeks.
