Glass Painting Machine is specially designed and manufactured by Lidu according to the features of glass industry.It adopts Japan Panasonic automatic control PLC with human-computer interface.The guide rail is Taiwan HIWIN.

This machine can equip 2 automatic spray guns.With automatic air blowing,automatic pressing and transmitting paint(the paint barrel is with pressure stirring),the paint layer is even,and painting speed is fast.Washing centrifugal fan.The purifying effect is perfect.

This machine can work as 2--6 personnels.Max.glass size can reach 2200x3300mm.

1. With working model of full-automatic horizontal painting, this machine enables easy operation, steady performance, low power consumption and high production efficiency.

2. This machine equips Japanese Mitsubishi mini program controller PLC to store different kinds of working program, PLC controller precisely, and can calculate the moving range and painting range of the spray gun, thus to save paint.

3. It adopts chain transmitting to convey glass. The convey belt equips wearable rubber head to guarantee that the glass can be transported smoothly and not scratched. Transporting reducer motor adopts international brand combined with frequency converter of famous brand to enable non-step speed changing.
