As the main equipment in production coal, it can be used on mixing, stirring and kneading various materials, adhesive, water uniform, increase the plasticity for coal.
 
Working principle:

 It works by adopt structures of two shafts separately rotating in opposite directions to stirring the materials. Each shaft have many plate hammers, when shaft rotary will drive all plate hammers mixed materials. (It is available to add plate hammers according to different requirement, We also can according your request to make four shafts mixer.
 
Advantage:
1.The machine can promise all materials fully and quick mixed. Can be mixed liquid of 30% of the viscous material.
2.To improve the mixing uniformity; using new rotor structure, the rotor and housing close to the minimum gap can be adjusted to zero,
3.Effectively reducing the material residues; machine built with oil added channels, the 
overall structure is more reasonable, beautiful appearance, operation and maintenance.
