Description of wood sawdust briquette charcoal making machine :

  This machine is used to make sawdust into half-charcoal-stick.It is used to make rice husk , coconut shell , olive waste, sawdust into briquette as fuel or can make them to charcoal ,

 It is equipped with the auto controlling heating system. The product of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace,etc for warm in house. 

1. Raw material can be: Sawdust, tree branches, bamboo powder, sawdust, coconut shell, straw, rice husk, corn cob, peanut shell, vinasse and so on. Our wood briquette machine can make a lot of sizes of charcoal, which can be used for animal food, biomass straw fuel and other related products.

2. Material requirement: Moisture: 8-12%;  Size: ≤ 5*5 mm.

3. Working hour: This machine can be work on 16 hours per day.

4. Final briquette shape: Hexagon shape, round, cubic, etc. Diameter is 50-80mm with a hole inside. The inside hole diameter is usually 15mm. Length of final briquettes can be controlled and adjusted between 300-700mm.

5. Final pressed briquette density: 1500Kg/m3.

Requirements of Raw Materials:

 1. The inlet size of raw materials must be less than 3mm. If the raw materials size are bigger, you must crush them with wood crusher firstly. The smaller the raw material, the smoothly the briquettes surface, and the better the hardness and strength.

2. The moisture of raw material for briquetting, must be less than 12%, and the moderate is 8%-12%, otherwise, the outlet briquettes are easily broken and have crevice. So before briquetting, you shall check the moisture content, if too wet, please drying them with sawdust dryer or under shunshine.
